2019 BMWTN Rally to Eurokracy Now Open for Registration

Get ready to roll out! Our annual trip to Montreal to represent BMWTrueNorth at Eurokracy is soon approaching.  Join us as we rally as a club to Eurokracy in Montreal for three days of cars, partying, and overall good times. Event is from June 14th to June 16th 2019.

Cost VIP Members:
$600 for two people (Includes One Hotel Room with 2 Double beds)

Cost Non-VIP Members:
$650 for two people (Includes One Hotel Room with 2 Double beds)

You can upgrade to a junior sweet when registering for the hotel. Details will be sent to everyone that registers from our website on how to register the hotel.

DEPOSIT: You must give a $250 (VIP Members) or $300 (Non-VIP Members) deposit by May 27th to secure your hotel rooms. We will be going to The Hilton, which worked really well for us in past years, and was at a great location between Eurokracy and downtown Montreal.

3 Day Event Details:

Friday June 14th:
Morning:
– Meet at a sponsor location where we distribute the route to Montreal and give out gift bags to each participant.
– Leave for Montreal as a group and rally from City to City together, with stops along the way.

Afternoon:
– Book into the Hilton Hotel and relax before dinner.

Evening:
– Dinner at restaurant near the hotel, with dancing, live music, etc.

– After dinner, meet and greet at hotel suite. Get to know everyone as we head back to the hotel for some celebratory bottle popping to celebrate the rally. Surprise gifts and raffle prizes to be won at the hotel.

– This is a great opportunity to meet everyone before the weekend event. Afterwards, we encourage people to go to your hotel an rest as we will be leaving early on Saturday morning.

Saturday June 15th:
Morning:
– Have breakfast as a group at the hotel lobby restaurant for those interested.
– Meet at the parking lot where we will go to Eurokracy as a group. Tickets to get into Eurokracy will already be taken care of, and we will have a secure location to display our cars.

Afternoon:
– Enjoy the event. Burnout competitions, track competitions, lots of sponsor tents, and modified cars to look at. We will provide lunch to all club members.
– Depart event as a group to head back to the hotel.

Evening:
– Meet at hotel lobby to take our own private shuttle bus to downtown Montreal. Enjoy the clubs and other events without worrying about driving. Your cars will be safe at the hotel monitored by hired security just for us.

Sunday June 16th:
Morning:
– Have breakfast as a group at the hotel lobby restaurant for those interested.
– Meet at the parking lot where we will go to Eurokracy as a group. This is the day of the burnout competition and track day for those interested as well as the trophy ceremony.

Afternoon:
– We leave at a set time to head back to Toronto. You can choose to leave with the group, or continue to explore Montreal and leave at a later time. Some people may choose to stay and extra day at the event.
